How long does it take for orders to arrive?

  • Your order takes up to 3 to 4 business days to be delivered.
  • Please note that Fridays and sudden vacations are not counted as working days.
  • Orders are processed after vacations end.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can return any unwanted nuvair products within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund as long as items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

🔍 All returns are inspected before processing.

❌ We cannot refund items that are damaged, worn, or returned without tags.

⚠ Items on final sale (30% off or more) cannot be returned - only exchanged.
